Shipping to all locations will be via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The shipping rates are as follows: for orders up to $50: $4.95; for orders between $50 and $79: $12.95; for orders between $80 - 180: $21.95; and for orders between $180 and 250: $34.95. The shipping and handling fees are computed based on the fact that you will receive repeated monthly mailings.

But...all orders over $250 include FREE shipping! Yay.

Outside the U.S., shipping will be via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The shipping charges are the same.

rush shipping...
If you need your order rushed for some reason, please contact us by emailing customerservice@mailboxtees.com so we can work it out. Since we ship all over the world, costs and shipping times will vary, but we will be happy to try and get you your first t-shirt on time if that's what you need.

return and exchange policy...
Due to the unique, limited nature, MailboxTees cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If it is damaged please email customerservice@mailboxtees.com so we can authorize the return. We will try to accommodate requests for a different size if possible, if the item is exchanged within 30 days. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

size exchange procedure...
Email us at customerservice@mailboxtees.com with the size received, name or description of the item, and the size desired. We'll email you back within a few days to let you know if we can accommodate the request and provide further instruction from there. We are almost always able to exchange the size but cannot guarantee.

order processing...
Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, pending credit verification. "Nature vs. Humankind" and "Metropolitan" tees ship are released around the end of each month. When you order a subscripton tee the first one will be shipped within 5-7 business days, and the subsequent ones will go out in the normal shipping cycle. "Grab Bag" tees ship within 5-7 business days from date of order with subsequent tees arriving around the same date each month. Expect international orders to take a bit longer to arrive.
